Founding Partner / Chef / President of Noodle Station

Walter Harris is not only the founding partner and President of Noodle Station, but he is also the chef and entrepreneur who had the idea to bring Noodle Station to life. 

Harris is a service industry professional with nearly 20 years of restaurant experience. Harris has worked his way up in the service industry ranging from busboy to prep cook to server and eventually holding a 12-year position as the General Manager of Dada, one of Palm Beach’s top-rated restaurants. Harris has been referred to as an ‘anime nerd” and has been fascinated with Japanese culture since he was a young teen. After turning his childhood dream of traveling to Japan into a reality back in 2017, Harris decided to try his luck in noodles.

Seeing first hand how much influence noodles have had on the Japanese culture, Harris felt there was an opportunity to bring that same influence back to the states in a fast-casual-style restaurant. After partnering with Mitchel Zelman and a few other partners, Harris’s vision for Noodle Station came into fruition and is now a thriving restaurant in downtown Fort Lauderdale.
